Our Team

Michael Magee

Michael Magee created Prime City Developments after 4 successful years running a private bridging & mezzanine fund lending money to property developers.

Prime City Developments first project was a mixed use development of 19 apartments (which we sold off plan to overseas investors) and 6000 sq ft commercial office space in Dalston, which was sold to a law firm.

Our next project was the conversion of an old disused office block in Chiswick just off the Hogarth roundabout to 20 luxury apartments, under permitted development rights.

The next two developments included 22 apartments and townhouses in East Dulwich and 11 apartments in Golders Green in North London.

More recently in August 2017 and in conjunction with my investors we bought the old Nissan HQ in Worthing and increased the number of flats through planning from 102 units to 148 with 2000sq ft of commercial space.

We have also been involved in a joint venture with Farland Homes, co-building 100 residential homes in Northern Ireland. 25 houses have been sold in the first phase and we are now ready to commence phase two.

Outside of work Michaels true values are as a family man he is involved in charity and is currently raising money and awareness for Cerebral Palsy. A topic very close to his heart as his nephew was diagnosed two years ago and needs to go to the US for a life changing operation to help him walk.

Lynne Vennard

Lynne Vennard joined the Prime City Team in September 2015 as Michaels PA and Office Manager – with over 20 years financial administration experience (8 of those in Property Development) she has been able to manage all IT and financial administration whilst also providing Michael support on Sales, Marketing and many other projects.

Outside the office Lynne values family time, she loves to travel, take long walks with her dog Bob and is an avid reader.
